ABOUT INTERSTATE ASPHALT

Interstate Asphalt Corporation is a marketer of asphalt in the Chicago/Mid-West region. We supply performance grade paving asphalts and roofing asphalts through our three bulk terminals.

The three bulk terminals Interstate Asphalt contracts with are, Ameropan Oil Terminal and Bell Oil Terminal, located in Chicago, and Peoria River Terminal in Peoria , IL . All three terminals are especially engineered to receive, store, and ship liquid asphalt by truck, rail, and barge year-round. These terminals have a combined storage capacity of over 1 million bbls.

Interstate asphalt is committed to three things; Safety, Service, and Customer Satisfaction. Safety procedures at all terminals are consistently updated and all adhere to coast guard and homeland security regulations. Ameropan Oil Terminal received the CN Gold Award in 2005 for excellence in rail care safety loading and unloading railcars. All terminals are having state of the art video cameras installed for safety and security monitoring.

Interstate Asphalt corporate headquarters is located just south of down town Fort Lauderdale , Florida . It is conveniently located near Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades, off 17 th Street Causeway.
